Endo Resources

Here are some links to information about endometriosis that I have found helpful throughout my journey. I've also found that the more our loved ones understand the disease, the more they are able to empathize and even help in ways that are meaningful to us.

Endometriosis and Relationships: This one was especially meaningful for me. It also provides some tips at the end of the posting. My biggest takeaway? Communicate with your partner. Remember that communication is a two-way street, and that their frustration may simply come from a lack of understanding.

The Partner's Predicament

SpeakENDO: This is the one made (somewhat) famous by Julianne Hough. I love this site because it has SO much information about endometriosis, has a symptom quiz, ways to talk about your endo, how to get involved, and more. This has been my "go-to" site for many years. It also feels real and modern and up-to-date, unlike so many of the other sites out there for endometriosis.

I will continue to add to this list as I find more sites and blogs that I feel are the best options for you all. If you have any suggestions, please send them my way!
